However, the service provided was exceptional, with thoughtful gestures like offering coffee to go after a delightful meal. The location of the hotel is optimal for convenient access to various amenities and transport services, ideal for exploring nearby attractions. The dining experience was delightful, featuring character breakfast with an excellent selection of dishes. The facilities are in good condition, ensuring a pleasant stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this Disney resort. The rooms were the roomiest in that class, complete with a balcony overlooking the walkways, and I could easily manage everything through the My Disney App. Being within walking distance to the ticket and transportation center was super convenient.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with two bathrooms, two queen beds, a sofa sleeper, and a pull-down bed from the wall, making us feel comfortable and not cramped. The service was top-notch; the staff even sent us off with a thoughtful coffee to go after a delicious breakfast. The location is terrific with easy access to the monorail for Magic Kingdom and Epcot. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially at O'Hana. The facilities were great with waterslides and a convenient ferry dock nearby.

The place offers a great location, walking distance to the ticket and transportation center, and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner included with your room. The Hawaii building where we stayed was clean and comfortable, making it a cozy setting.
